About Counselling

Counselling is a safe and supportive space where you can be who you are and explore what matters most to you. There are many ways to approach counselling. For some, counselling is a space to explore goals, learn new skills, and rediscover ways to engage with life in a more authentic and meaningful way. For others, counselling is a container to explore deeply held beliefs, express emotions, and process painful experiences to allow them to move forward. Regardless of what brings you to counselling, I can work with you to explore your goals and support you as you take steps towards your own healing and growth.
